Actress, writer, producer and model Lindsey G Smith can be seen as Ruth in the highly anticipated Issa Rae’s Production’s KING ESTER, a web series written and directed by Dui Jarrod, that follows a transgender woman’s fight to get out of New Orleans as Hurricane Katrina approaches.

Other recent credits include CBS’s NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, USA NETWORK’s QUEEN OF THE SOUTH, FOX’s highly anticipated new series FILTHY RICH, and SACRIFICE, a new pilot.

Smith appeared in the writer and director Mike Bender award-winning drama BLACK or WHITE in a key supporting role as Andrea. The film starred Academy Award winners, Kevin Costner and Octavia Spencer. She shared the screen with Spencer as her niece in the racially charged story about two grandparents fighting for custody of their biracial granddaughter. The film also stars Anthony Mackie, Bill Burr and Jillian Estell.

With an affinity for the dynamics found in Rock music and his inherent love of R&B, SING has come into his own creating a unique sound that he affectionately refers to as Alternative R&B and Chocolate Rock.

With his love for the stage, SING has most recently captured audiences with his spirited show at City Winery in Boston, The Tree Lighting Ceremony with Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh at the Boston Commons, SOB’s and Knitting Factory in New York, and The Sweet Auburn Springfest in Atlanta, GA.

Hailing from Philly, this singer, songwriter and performing artist has written songs for recording artists across the globe including hometown heroes Boyz II Men (“As Long As I’m With You”, 2013) and K-Pop singing group Oh My Girl (“Tic Toc”, 2019). Other songwriting placements include “Overload” (2019), recorded by JYP recording artist Park Ji-Min for the SBS Television Series “The Last Empress” and “Til The Morning” (2019) which was placed in Mainland China for a Hunan TV singing competition television show.

Fresh. Urban. Now. Those are the three words that best describe new artist Elyscia. Although the contemporary urban artist is brand new to the music business, she is no stranger to music. The attractive and talented songstress has been belting out tunes for most of her life. Her captivating voice has opened doors to sing background for R&B greats like Jennifer Hudson and Regina Belle, providing new platforms to showcase her exceptional musical skills. A Baltimore-based vocalist and songwriter, Elyscia is now taking her music worldwide with the release of her blazing debut single, “Nobody Else” on the One Vision Music, LLC, label. 

Her father, popular producer and songwriter Elliot Jefferson, knew there was something special about his child when she grabbed the mic in church on Sunday morning and sang to her hearts content – at the age of 3. She found herself singing to tracks that her Dad was working on and harmonizing easily to tunes on the radio during family trips; simply put, singing just came easy to her. Seeing the gifting in their daughter, her parents encouraged her to sing. “When I was young, my parents would ask me questions and I would sing it to them,” she recalls. Music seemed to flow out of the young artist and at the age of 7, she knew singing was her life’s passion.
